• The Onyx Hotel Tour was the fourth concert tour by Britney Spears, It supported her fourth studio albumIn the Zone and visited North America and Europe.
• Its original name was the In the Zone Tour, but Britney was sued for trademark infringement and banned from using the name.
• The stage for The Onyx, inspired by Broadway musicals stage, titled Grand Hotel (1929)
• Tour merchandise grossed $4 million on the North American leg.
• The Onyx Hotel Tour was listed as the eight highest grossing tour of the first semester of 2004, grossing $19 million. The tour ended up grossing $34 million

And the artwork for the DVD has been revealed and it will be released under Immortal record, so it’s-no surprise-unofficial. The DVD comes out January 10 and contain the entire The Onyx Hotel Tour filmed in Miami, March 2004
