Fresh after being named the highest-earning female musician of 2012, Britney Spears has now been crowned the Greatest Solo Artist of all Time by EntertainmentWise.

Our-home-girl competed in the poll alongside the likes of Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Madonna and even Justin Bieber, but Britney proved victorious among them all with fans rushing to vote the singer as their favourite musician ever.

Leading the way with an astonishing 89.3% of the votes, fans cast their votes over the course of a week, taking into account the artists’ record sales, tour grossing figures and social networking presence.
