DANJA: “BRITNEY COULD MAKE BLACKOUT 2.0”

Producer Danja has hinted that Britney Spears could make a second volume of her album ‘Blackout’.

Brit released the record in 2007 and the album, which spawned tracks like ‘Gimme More’, received largely favourable reviews.

Speaking to MuuMuse, producer Danja - who worked on the original record - said that there have been discussions about making a ‘Blackout 2.0’. He revealed:

“I’m with everybody else. I want to make it happen. I’ve been in the studio creating for her. We haven’t got in yet, we’re just collecting songs and creating an energy. There’s been a lot of conversation and a lot of talk. I don’t know when the next [‘Blackout’] is going to be, but I believe there’s going to be another one.”

Britney has been busy working on new material recently, but there has been no official word on what the project will be named.

We will see…

NEW BRITNEY INTERVIEW WITH EXTRA

Britney talked with Extra’s Mario Lopez at Wango Tango about staying in shape, keeping up with her boys and Las Vegas.

Britney, who’s on the latest issue of Shape magazine, says of her fitness: “I really love doing yoga. I have two separate trainers that come in and we play with it. I don’t like doing the same thing all the time, but my main ritual is yoga. I do a lot of yoga.”

Even though she’s in great shape, Britney admits she does eat some unhealthy stuff here and there.

“I love white chocolate, and I love potato chips! I like the salty and sweet.” Mario asked if it is harder to watch what she eats when she is around her kids. “Yes, actually, that is so true. When they come over, the snacks are constantly piling up, and I constantly have to feed them. I’m like, ‘Jesus I want fried chicken too!’”

Britney said her two boys will definitely make it in the industry. “They do like attention, so I think they would probably be good in the limelight. We’re taking baby steps right now as far as agencies and stuff go, but they’re little comedians, so we’ll see.”

The conversation turned to Album 8, where Britney talked about executive producer Will.I.Am. “He is so talented. He keeps it so fresh and so interesting. We’ve done two songs so far, and we have so much fun in the studio.”

Britney will most likely perform songs off Album 8 at her upcoming Las Vegas residency, which she says she’s “excited” for. “I love Vegas any time I get to go there, so I’m pumped. I haven’t done a show in a really long time, so it’ll be fun.”

The footage from the interview coming tomorrow, check out the preview below.

DEMI LOVATO: “I LEARNED FROM BRITNEY TO BE YOUR SELF!”

“What I learned from Britney is that you don’t have to change. Her family, we laughed several times, ’cause our families are so similar. Our moms are super close now,” she revealed. “And our dads are really similar. She has this southern down-to-earth family. And she’s still a southern down-to-earth girl. I already knew that you don’t have to change in the industry, but even at her level of success being the icon that she is, it was really refreshing.” - Demi Lovato in a recent interview with MTV News.
